St. Michael School strengthens its Catholic identity through LIVED expression of faith, community, worship and service. Daily, we demonstrate faith through our morning prayers, prayer for the sick and other student prayer requests. Religion classes teach the application of Christ-like values. Students attend Eucharistic Liturgy weekly and participate as altar servers, readers, presenters of gifts, and in song.
We emphasize our Catholic heritage through school assemblies, seasonal services, class discussions and projects. Conflict resolution and Peer Mediation training help students learn how to maintain community despite differences.
St. Michael School celebrates Catholic Schools Week each year. Here is what one of our parents says about St. Michael School...
"It's Catholic Schools Week! I am so grateful that my children attend St. Michael School. SMS boasts a talented, devoted, insightful and spiritual faculty that is supported by a caring, gentle, compassionate and invaluable staff! Please say a prayer for these (and all Catholic School) educators as they continue to work to develop the minds and hearts of the most precious among us."
